European Market Access Checklist for the Boardroom – Designing your European Strategy to be held at the WSGR Campus in Palo Alto on Friday the 9th of December.
Confusing signals from the FDA has resulted in many medtech companies shifting their commercialization strategies towards Europe. Many companies have been successful in creating sales traction as well as increasing their company value through a European market strategy. The question remains – How does the market work and what hurdles should you address to create optimal company valuation?
In this seminar, we will provide a "checklist” for the boardroom when deciding to market in Europe.
• How can the way market access issues are addressed translate to company valuation?
• How do the reimbursement systems work in Europe?
• What are the important success parameters for a European commercialization strategy?
• What are the pitfalls?
• How do we determine which country/countries to prioritize?
These questions will be dealt with in our breakfast seminar.
