France, the second largest market in Europe, wants to play a key role in 'Health Technology Assesment' among Europe countries. Understanding the role of the different institutions in the French Health system organization is key in understanding the decision making process. The seminar will provide a clear picture of each of those institutions and tends to explain how to direct the effort to succeed the introduction of Medical Devices into the French market.

 

Belgium has one of the highest health expenditure per capita in Europe. Centrally located in Europe and offering a very high standard of care for the entire population, makes Belgium an interesting country for oversees medical companies. About the speakers:

 

Ann Verbrugghe

Ann has over 20 years of experience in innovative medical device marketing, sales, reimbursement, clinical, training and education. She has worked with local distributors, large multinationals as well as in the start-up environment with successful establishment of new business in Belgium and in Europe through a strong consultative approach and international business acumen. In this role, she created centers of excellence throughout Europe and built long term relationships with international KOL’s .
